Thanksgiving Fun
Charlie had a big Thanksgiving program with all of the Kindergarten classes. They've been learning about the Pilgrams and Indians and the program was the culmination of everything they learned. Charlie didn't have a speaking part but was one of a few kids who got to play a "flute" throughout. It was super sweet and he did a great job singing and playing his flute!
Post-Thanksgiving we went right away into Christmas preparations!
James hosted a post-Thanksgiving football game with some neighbors...
K got to go to the show and was excited to wear Charlie's headdress home playing his flute
Charlie also made a feather of things that represent him.
We had Grandma and Grandpa join us for Thanksgiving and the Lanes come up for Round 2 leftovers the next day. How special to have both sets of Grandparents here! Lots to be thankful for...
