Her First Birthday Walk

We love the birthday walk tradition at Kerrington's school! She has been looking forward to this day all school year. Charlie wanted to come too so we brought him out of school (perhaps a big extreme). K's class was outside on the playground when we came. Her excitement when she came back in and saw us was so sweet... she ran over yelling "Mommy!" She had clearly observed many birthday walks of her friends because she was a pro at the whole thing...

Much to my delight, K choose to have a Sound of Music birthday! What a fun theme for us to work with. We kept the gathering small with just family (and Ericka and Baby R) and got a little silly with them theme.
