Charlie started soccer this Spring at the Goochland Y. There are six teams of 3-5 year olds in the league and Charlie's team is called the Orange Crush. Charlie is loving going to his Thursday night practice and Saturday games. The practice is more fun because "I get to get more goals there." On Saturdays, the kids all just swarm around the ball up and down the field with the bigger 5 year olds dribbling and scoring the goals. Charlie is a little timid about getting in the swarm but he does a great job following the ball up and down the field, listening to instructions, cheering on his teammates and giving it a little kick when it happens to land at his feet :)
